Blind Assessment
Deeply sweet, elegantly structured. Raspberry, cocoa nib, hazelnut butter, mandarin zest and gardenia in aroma and cup. Lively, well-integrated acidity; full, syrupy body. The finish is long and complex, with nut, citrus and soft floral tones.
Notes
Produced at Noelani Coffee Farm, from trees of the Geisha, K7 and Typica varieties of Arabica, and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying). Paradise prides itself on quality and freshness, craft-roasting coffees in small batches only after orders are placed. Visit www.paradiseroasters.com or call 808-498-4048 for more information.
Bottom Line
A superb Kona that delivers classic chocolate and nut richness elevated by bright citrus and refined floral nuance.
