Blind Assessment
Elegant, sweetly nut-toned, and balanced. Cashew butter, honey, milk chocolate, tangerine zest, and gardenia in aroma and cup. Bright, integrated acidity; very full, syrupy body. The finish is long and harmonious, with lingering honey, nut and floral tones.
Notes
A blend of coffees produced by smallholding farmers and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying). Paradise prides itself on quality and freshness, craft-roasting coffees in small batches only after orders are placed. Visit www.paradiseroasters.com or call 808-498-4048 for more information.
Bottom Line
A refined and vibrant Kona coffee that unites citrus brightness, floral lift, and nutty-chocolaty sweetness in a cup of exceptional balance and finesse.
