Blind Assessment
Deep-toned, richly sweet, complexly layered. Dark chocolate fudge, caramel, toasted macadamia nut, dried cherry, magnolia in aroma and cup. Sweet-toned structure with gentle acidity; plush, syrupy-smooth mouthfeel. Sweetly nutty, caramel-toned finish.
Notes
A blend of Typica and K7 varieties of Arabica, grown in North Kona. Paradise prides itself on quality and freshness, craft-roasting coffees in small batches only after orders are placed. Visit www.paradiseroasters.com or call 808-498-4048 for more information.
Bottom Line
A deftly darker-roasted Kona that threads the needle between developing chocolaty richness and preserving varietal character — beautifully nuanced, sweet, and not remotely bitter.
