Sweetly balanced, floral and fruit-toned. Red currant, apricot, orange blossom, cocoa nib and black tea in aroma and cup. Gently bright, crisply sweet acidity; full, silky-smooth mouthfeel. The finish is long and quietly complex, with lingering fruit, cocoa and tea-like notes.

Produced by smallholding farmers surrounding the Kibingo Washing Station, entirely of the Red Bourbon variety of Arabica, and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying).
