Blind Assessment
Flavor-saturated, juicy and richly aromatic. Black currant, pomegranate, blood orange, hibiscus and cocoa powder in aroma and cup. Vibrant, complexly layered acidity; plush, satiny mouthfeel. The finish is long and resonant, centering black currant, hibiscus and cocoa powder.
