Blind Assessment
Bright, brisk and crisply fruit-toned. Red currant, cranberry, ruby grapefruit, hibiscus and dark chocolate in aroma and cup. Lively, wine-toned acidity; light, silky mouthfeel. The finish is persistent and tart-sweet, with red currant, ruby grapefruit and dark chocolate notes.
Notes
Produced by smallholding farmers of the Baragwi Cooperative Society and processed by the washed method at the Karumandi Washing Station. Coffee Club is a Prague-based specialty coffee club by Jablum Czech. Visit www.zijeme-kavou.cz for more information.
Bottom Line
A lively Kirinyaga Kenya with vivid red fruit, citrus and floral tones supported by bittersweet chocolate and an energetic, light-footed structure.
