Evaluated as espresso. Smooth, chocolate-leaning and quietly fruit-toned. Notes of baking chocolate, nougat, red apple, vanilla bean and cedar in aroma and small cup. Silky mouthfeel; gently drying finish with chocolate and cedar. In cappuccino format, the shot rounds toward fudge and vanilla with a touch of sweet apple.
