Blind Assessment
Lush, perfumed and fruit-saturated. Passionfruit, lychee, pink grapefruit zest, orange blossom and cocoa nib in aroma and cup. Juicy, high-toned acidity; plush, syrupy mouthfeel. The finish is long and resonant, carrying tropical fruit, floral sweetness and gentle chocolate depth.
Notes
Produced at Miranda Farms, entirely of the Geisha variety of Arabica, and processed by the anaerobic natural method, in which the whole fruit is fermented in tanks with limited oxygen before drying, also in the whole fruit. Paradise prides itself on quality and freshness, craft-roasting coffees in small batches only after orders are placed. Visit www.paradiseroasters.com or call 808-498-4048 for more information.
Bottom Line
A captivating Ka‘ū Geisha that combines anaerobic fruit intensity with floral elegance and polished structure, delivering a vivid, deeply layered cup with remarkable persistence.
