Blind Assessment
Rich-toned, deeply chocolaty. Cocoa powder, magnolia, Brazil nut butter, cedar, date in aroma and cup. Gentle, round acidity; full-creamy-smooth mouthfeel. Cocoa-driven finish with undertones of magnolia and cedar.
Notes
Produced by smallholding farmers, from trees of the Hawaiian Typica and Red Catuai varieties of Arabica, and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying). Paradise prides itself on quality and freshness, craft-roasting coffees in small batches only after orders are placed. Visit www.paradiseroasters.com or call 808-498-4048 for more information.
Bottom Line
A satisfying darker-roasted Ka‘ū carried by a cocoa throughline and sweet floral notes.
