Blind Assessment
Deep-toned, warmly spirited. Vanilla bean, toasted coconut, dark caramel, baking spice and oak barrel in aroma and cup. Soft, fruity acidity; full, creamy mouthfeel. The finish is warmly sweet, with integrated barrel notes supporting rather than overwhelming the coffee.

An inventive barrel-aged coffee that lets the giant-bean Maragogipe retain its identity while adding nuanced notes of rum, bourbon and baking spice to an already abundant cup.
