Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Deeply sweet, fruit-forward and richly bittersweet. Dark chocolate, blackberry preserves, nutmeg, tangerine zest and cedar in aroma and small cup. Dense, creamy mouthfeel; resonant, berry and chocolate finish. In cappuccino format, chocolate and berry notes become richer and rounder, supported by subtle spice and citrus lift.

Produced by smallholding farmers for Kevenka Coffees, from trees of the Typica, Lini S288, S795 and Cobra varieties of Arabica, and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit).
