Blind Assessment

Evaluated as espresso. Deep, resonant, and especially refined. Dark chocolate, cedar, pipe tobacco, baking spices and dried black cherry in aroma and small cup. Densely syrupy mouthfeel; flavor-packed, multilayered finish. In cappuccino format, the cup becomes sweeter and broader, evoking bittersweet cocoa, malt, and caramelized nuts while retaining aromatic lift and savory complexity.

Notes

Produced by smallholding farmers, entirely of the Onan Ganjang variety of Arabica, and processed by the traditional Sumatra washed and wet-hulled method. Imported by Pebble Coffee.
