Blind Assessment
Sweetly savory, tangily fruity. Red currant, cocoa nib, pineapple kefir, lime zest, hop flowers in aroma and cup. Pert, acidity; velvety-smooth mouthfeel. Finish consolidates to cocoa nib and pineapple kefir.
Notes
A blend of two coffees, a traditional washed Kenya and an anaerobically processed Colombia. Bargain Cafe is a specialty coffee roaster in Taitung, Taiwan. Visit www.bargain-cafe.com for more information.
Bottom Line
