Evaluated as espresso. Floral-toned, lively and layered. Blueberry, cocoa nib, jasmine, blood orange and honey in aroma and small cup. Velvety, juicy mouthfeel; sweetly bright structure. In cappuccino format, berry and floral notes persist vividly against a rich cocoa foundation.
