Blind Assessment
Tropical, playful, richly sweet. Passionfruit, cocoa nib, lime zest, marjoram, plumeria in aroma and cup. Malic acidity; silky-smooth mouthfeel. Long, flavor-saturated finish that extends the promise of the cup.
Notes
Produced by Angel Arturo Paz of Finca San Vicente, entirely of the Geisha variety of Arabica, and processed by the DRD (dark-room drying) method, in which the whole fruit is dried indoors under controlled conditions. Kakalove Café is a nano-roaster located in the small city of Chia-Yi in Taiwan that strives to procure and roast the finest quality coffee. Bottom Line
An exquisite Honduras Geisha that leans lush-tropical, anchored by notes of passionfruit and plumeria and offering high-toned, crystalline acidity.
