Blind Assessment
Crisply chocolaty, sweetly tart. Maraschino cherry, cocoa powder, cashew, orange zest, fresh-cut oak in aroma and cup. Briskly sweet-tart acidity; full, syrupy mouthfeel. Finish consolidates to notes of cocoa powder and orange zest.
