Blind Assessment
Radiant and intricately layered. Notes of mango, pink grapefruit zest, honeysuckle, vanilla and cocoa nib in aroma and cup. Bright, winey acidity; viscous, buoyant mouthfeel. The finish is long and harmoniously sweet, carrying fruit and floral tones alongside subtle spice and chocolate.
