Vivaciously sweet and spicy. Dried fig, lemon zest, rose-like flowers and roasted cocoa nib in aroma and cup. Bright, juicy acidity; lightly silky mouthfeel. Spice-toned sweetness carries deep into a resonant finish.
A blend of two exceptional coffees: an auction lot of the big-beaned Pacamara variety from the celebrated Guatemala farm El Injerto and a dried-in-the-fruit or “natural” lot of Ethiopia Yirgacheffe from the admired exporter/importer Ninety Plus.
