Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Richly sweet, integrated and harmonious. Dark chocolate, caramelized walnut, dried cherry, yuzu zest and cedar in aroma and small cup. Dense, velvety-smooth body; balanced bittersweet finish. In cappuccino format, notes of milk chocolate and nutty caramel expand dramatically, supported by subtle dried-fruit complexity.

Bottom Line
A spot-on 100% Hawaiian espresso that combines sweetness, viscosity and depth, performing with equal distinction as a straight shot or in cappuccino format.
