Blind Assessment
Balanced and richly sweet. Red apple, black cherry, orange zest, roasted hazelnut and milk chocolate in aroma and cup. Softly bright acidity; full, velvety mouthfeel. The finish is sweet and persistent, with black cherry, roasted hazelnut and milk chocolate notes.

A classic Huehuetenango with crisp apple and citrus notes, enlivening a deep foundation of chocolate and hazelnut, all carried by a rounded, substantial structure.
