Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Deeply sweet, richly nut-toned. Baking chocolate, pomegranate, tangerine zest, roasted almond and gardenia in aroma and small cup. Plush, velvety mouthfeel; balanced bittersweet finish. In cappuccino format, the shot is luxuriously chocolaty, evoking milk chocolate and praline with a complex citrus twist.
Notes
Produced at Finca De Coatan, entirely of the F1 hybrid of Marsellesa and Ethiopia varieties of Arabica, and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying). Imported by Jak International Trading Co., Ltd. GK Coffee is a nano-roastery in Yilan, Taiwan, that offers both retail and wholesale coffee. Bottom Line
A superbly balanced espresso that pairs chocolate richness with citrus lift — outstanding straight and exceptional in milk, where its sweetness and structure fully shine.
