Blind Assessment

Sweetly balanced, classic. Red apple, caramel, almond, cocoa nib, tangerine zest in aroma and cup. Bright but rounded acidity; silky, medium-bodied mouthfeel. The finish is nut- and cocoa-toned, gently tapering to citrus sweetness.

Produced by Pablo del Cid of Finca El Jardin, from trees of the Bourbon, Caturra and Geisha varieties of Arabica, and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying).
