Blind Assessment
Radiant and intricately layered. Pink grapefruit zest, white peach, ginger blossom, raw honey and dark chocolate in aroma and cup. Acidity is shimmering and high-toned, body silky and buoyant. The finish is long, carrying citrus, stone fruit and floral sweetness into a resonant, chocolaty long.
