Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Richly aromatic, sweetly tart. Lychee, pomelo, dark chocolate, cedar, apple blossom in aroma and small cup. Creamy-smooth mouthfeel; fruit-toned, chocolaty finish. As cappuccino, dark chocolate, apple blossom and lychee play nicely with milk.
