Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Brightly sweet, fruit-accented. Baking chocolate, red apple, lime zest, caramel and chamomile in aroma and small cup. Smooth, velvety mouthfeel; gentle, chocolaty finish. In cappuccino format, caramel and milk chocolate are amplified, with complex citrus undertones.
