Blind Assessment
Evaluated as a green coffee sample-roasted to light-medium. Delicate, richly aromatic, floral-toned. Lilac, apricot, almond butter, bergamot, wild honey in aroma and cup. Gently bright, juicy, balanced acidity; vibrant, silky-smooth mouthfeel. Floral-toned finish supported by notes of apricot and wild honey.

Produced by Chris McCausland of Sundays on Toro, entirely of the Geisha variety of Arabica, and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying). Certified USDA Organic.Supplied as a green (unroasted) coffee. Roasted for evaluation purposes by Coffee Review on an ARC S sample roaster. Note that this coffee roasted on other equipment using different parameters may net a different sensory profile and rating than described in this review.
