Blind Assessment
Robust, bittersweet and satisfying. Baker's chocolate, dark caramel, toasted walnut, cedar, black cherry in aroma and cup. Rounded acidity; full, creamy body. The finish is rich and smoky-sweet, striking a nice balance.
