Blind Assessment
Deep-toned, oaky. Raisin, dark chocolate, cashew, hummus-like earth in aroma and cup. Round, sweet-savory structure with a tickle of brightness. Plush, syrupy mouthfeel. Richly dry finish; chocolate and cashew give way to oak in the long.
Notes
Combines a natural-processed coffee from Ethiopia and a wet-hulled coffee from Sumatra. CoffeeBox Coffee founders Godfrey and Coco focus on small-batch coffee roasting with the goal of making the joy of premium coffee accessible to everyone. Visit shop.coffeebox.tw for more information.
Bottom Line
A big, savory-sweet coffee that lounges comfortably on the earth, oak and savory end of the Mocha-Java sensory spectrum.
