Blind Assessment
Sweetly floral, softly fruit-toned. Orange blossom, apricot, cocoa nib, honey and bergamot in aroma and cup. Gently brisk acidity; smooth, syrupy mouthfeel. The finish is balanced, with floral, citrus and cocoa notes.
