Blind Assessment
Wide-ranging and juicy. Guava, milk chocolate, cashew, clover honey, Meyer lemon zest in aroma and cup. Briskly sweet acidity; full, creamy-smooth mouthfeel. The finish is long and gently floral, supported by notes of tropical fruit.
Notes

A vibrant, Guatemala-grown Maragogype (big beans!) with tropical fruit character, smooth sweetness and an especially long, complex finish.
