Blind Assessment

Evaluated as espresso. Richly sweet-tart, floral-toned. Raspberry jam, dark chocolate, narcissus, cedar, almond brittle in aroma and small cup. Buttery mouthfeel; chocolaty, nutty finish. In cappuccino format, floral tones commingle with dark chocolate and raspberry.

A lovely natural SOE from three different areas of Ethiopia that’s brightly berry-driven, deeply chocolaty, richly floral.
