Blind Assessment
Lush, fruit-forward and aromatically complex. Blueberry, black cherry, dried mango, lavender and baking chocolate in aroma and cup. Bright, gently wine-toned acidity; full, syrupy mouthfeel. The finish consolidates to notes of bittersweet chocolate and black cherry.
Notes
Produced by Dinkalem Ademe, from trees of local landrace varieties of Arabica, and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit). Old Soul is a roastery, bakery, and crafter of artisanal goods dedicated to quality in every form. Visit www.oldsoulco.com or call 916-443-7685 for more information.
Bottom Line
An expressive Ethiopia natural with saturated fruit, florals and chocolate depth — especially viscous, syrupy mouthfeel.
