Blind Assessment
Sweet-toned and citrusy, with layered aromatics. Pomelo zest, honey tea, jasmine, cocoa nib, sandalwood in aroma and cup. Roundly bright structure with brisk acidity; silky mouthfeel. Long, resonant finish centered around pomelo and honeyed florals.
