Blind Assessment
Radiant, tea-like and floral. Jasmine, white peach, bergamot, cocoa nib and Meyer lemon in aroma and cup. Bright, juicy acidity; silky, buoyant mouthfeel. The finish is exceptionally long, with sweet citrus, complex florals held by cocoa nib.
Notes
Produced by smallholding farmers, from trees of local landrace varieties of Arabica, and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying). Cozy House Coffee is a Taiwan-based specialty coffee roaster and an SCA Authorized Trainer (AST). For more information, visit shop.cozyhousecoffee.com.
Bottom Line
A superlative washed Yirgacheffe that captures the elegance of Halo Bariti through luminous florals, refined citrus and persistent sweetness.
