Blind Assessment
Elegant, intricate. Honeysuckle, tangerine zest, white peach, pink peppercorn, marzipan in aroma and cup. Juicy, sweet-tart structure with vibrant acidity; light but velvety mouthfeel. Floral and fruit notes carry deep into a resonant, perfumed finish.
Notes
Produced by smallholding farmers, entirely of the Geisha variety of Arabica, and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying). Bargain Cafe is a specialty coffee roaster in Taitung, Taiwan. Visit www.bargain-cafe.com for more information.
Bottom Line
A well-executed washed Geisha from Yirgacheffe, brimming with classic origin character — florals, citrus, and a rich sweetness throughout the profile.
