Blind Assessment
Delicate, floral and crisply sweet. White peach, lilac, bergamot, lemon verbena and almond brittle in aroma and cup. Bright, finely structured acidity; light, silky mouthfeel. The finish is long and fragrant, with lilac, white peach and bergamot throughlines.
Notes
Produced by smallholding farmers, from trees of local landrace varieties of Arabica, and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying) at the Banko Gotiti Wet Mill managed by Alemu Bukato. Bottom Line
A graceful washed Yirgacheffe that emphasizes complex florals, stone fruit and sweet citrus in a light-footed, elegant cup.
