Blind Assessment
Radiant, intricately floral. Meyer lemon zest, white tea, honeysuckle, apricot and cocoa nib in aroma and cup. Crystalline, sparkling acidity; buoyant, silky body. The finish is long and perfumed, echoing honeysuckle and stone-fruit sweetness.
Notes
Produced by smallholding farmers from trees of the 74110, 74112 and other local landrace varieties of Arabica, and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying). Imported by Haru International Corporation. GK Coffee is a nano-roastery in Yilan, Taiwan, that offers both retail and wholesale coffee. Bottom Line
A beautifully articulated washed Yirgacheffe that showcases classic Ethiopian florals and citrus clarity with exceptional poise and persistence.
