Blind Assessment
Graceful, floral and crisply sweet. Gardenia, tangerine, yellow peach, white tea and acacia honey in aroma and cup. Lively, finely structured acidity; syrupy-smooth mouthfeel. The finish is long and fragrant, with gardenia, tangerine and acacia honey notes resonating in harmony.
Notes
Produced by smallholding farmers, entirely of landrace selections of Arabica long grown in the region, and processed by the traditional washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying). Royal Chiaohsi is a 5-star hotel located at Chico Hsi, Yilan, Taiwan. This coffee is roasted by GK Coffee in Yilan, Taiwan. Bottom Line
A refined washed Yirgacheffe with abundant floral character, bright citrus and gentle fruit sweetness, all brought together by a balanced, syrupy structure.
