Blind Assessment
Graceful, juicy and finely structured. Yellow nectarine, Meyer lemon, jasmine, young ginger and cocoa powder in aroma and cup. Bright, citrus-toned acidity; full, syrupy-smooth mouthfeel. The finish is long and articulate, with notes of yellow nectarine, jasmine and young ginger.
Notes
Imported by Pebble Coffee. “Twakok” is a name developed by Pebble that is translated to mean “sweet peach.” Kakalove Café is a nano-roaster located in the small city of Chia-Yi in Taiwan that strives to procure and roast the finest quality coffee. Bottom Line
An exceptional washed Sidamo with succulent stone fruit and citrus at its center, complicated by jasmine and a lively ginger-like accent, all presented with impressive clarity and balance.
