Blind Assessment
Delicate, deeply expressive. White peach, Meyer lemon, freesia, cocoa nib and sage unfold in a finely layered cup supported by crisp, juicy acidity and a creamy, buoyant mouthfeel. Floral aromatics lift the profile while the sweetness remains refined and continuous from first sip through the lingering, tea-like finish.
Notes
Produced by smallholding members of the Haru Wachu Cooperative, from trees of local landrace varieties of Arabica, and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying). Imported by Pebble Coffee. Kakalove Café is a nano-roaster located in the small city of Chia-Yi in Taiwan that strives to procure and roast the finest quality coffee. Bottom Line
A beautifully articulated washed Ethiopia that captures the floral intricacy and citrus-toned clarity of Guji coffees while maintaining exceptional sweetness and composure.
