Evaluated as espresso. Richly fruit-forward, cocoa-toned. Notes of blueberry, plum, raw honey, cocoa powder and Meyer lemon zest in aroma and small cup. Plush, velvety mouthfeel; crisp, citrusy finish. In cappuccino format, the shot softens, emphasizing cocoa and sweet citrus tones.

Produced by smallholding farmers, from trees of indigenous landrace varieties of Arabica long grown in the region, and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit).
