Blind Assessment
Crisply sweet-tart. Notes of blackberry, blueberry, freesia, cocoa powder, elm in aroma and cup. Sweet, low-toned acidity; lightly satiny mouthfeel. Crisp, cocoa-toned, sweetly wood-framed finish.
Notes
Produced by smallholding farmers, from trees of local landrace varieties of Arabica, and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit). Nuvia Coffee is a specialty roaster based in Florida. Visit www.nuviacoffee.com for more information.
Bottom Line
A gently fruit-forward Ethiopia natural that leads with berry and aromatic wood notes.
