Blind Assessment
Berry-toned, gently savory. Mulberry, marjoram, palm sugar, dried rose, fennel seed in aroma and cup. Sweetly tart structure with tangy, wine-like acidity; round, honey-like mouthfeel. Finish highlights mulberry and fennel, backed by a sweet herbaceousness.
