High-toned, crisp, balanced. Star jasmine, bergamot, ripe peach, sandalwood, cocoa nib in aroma and cup. Brightly sweet-tart acidity; satiny, buoyant mouthfeel. The finish consolidates around stone fruit and floral notes, with a gentle cocoa resonance.

Produced by smallholding farmers, entirely of the 74158 variety of Arabica, and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying).
