Blind Assessment
Expressive and polished. Layers of blackberry, lychee, bergamot, chamomile and cedar. Bright acidity, supple mouthfeel. The finish is deep and persistent, sustaining fruit and floral notes with elegant balance.
Notes
Produced by smallholding farmers, entirely of the 71458 variety of Arabica, and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit). Imported by Pebble Coffee. Kakalove Café is a nano-roaster located in the small city of Chia-Yi in Taiwan that strives to procure and roast the finest quality coffee. Bottom Line
A refined and multifaceted Sidama natural — lush fruit meets floral clarity and symmetry.
