Blind Assessment
Sweetly aromatic, fruit-forward and gently floral. Blueberry, dried strawberry, apricot, lavender and milk chocolate in aroma and cup. Gently brisk acidity; full, velvety mouthfeel. The finish is sweet and lingering, with blueberry, apricot and milk chocolate tones.
Notes
Produced at Marta Alemu Farm, from trees of local landrace varieties of Arabica, and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit). Imported by Sucafina. Coffee Club is a Prague-based specialty coffee club by Jablum Czech. Visit www.zijeme-kavou.cz for more information.
Bottom Line
A generous Yirgacheffe natural that brings ripe berry and stone fruit notes with soft florals and chocolate sweetness in a rounded, satisfying cup.
