Blind Assessment

Evaluated as a green coffee sample-roasted to light-medium. Gently bright, sweetly tart. Apricot, narcissus, magnolia, oak, lemon verbena in aroma and cup. Briskly sweet acidity; plush, satiny mouthfeel. Finish consolidates to notes of narcissus and oak.
