Blind Assessment
Ripe, rounded and sweetly fruit-driven. Blueberry, dried apricot, tangerine, lavender and baker’s chocolate in aroma and cup. Softly wine-toned acidity; full, velvety mouthfeel. The finish is sweet and persistent, with blueberry, lavender and baker’s chocolate.
Notes
Produced by smallholding farmers, from local landrace varieties of Arabica, and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit). Imported by Pebble Coffee. A generous Guji natural that leans toward ripe berry and stone fruit, with lavender and chocolate notes adding aromatic complexity to a rounded, inviting structure.
