Blind Assessment
Vibrant, floral-toned and juicy. Bergamot, apricot, jasmine, honey and cocoa nib in aroma and cup. Bright, sparkling acidity; plush, syrupy body. The finish is lingering and flavor-saturated, consolidating around citrus, floral and honey notes.
Notes
Produced by smallholding farmers, from trees of local landrace varieties of Arabica, and processed by the traditional washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying). City Boy Coffee is a specialty roaster based in Long Island City, New York. Visit www.cityboycoffee.com for more information.
Bottom Line
A beautifully articulated washed Ethiopia that captures the celebrated Banko Gotiti profile through vivid florals, lively citrus and exceptional sweetness.
