Blind Assessment
Sweetly fruit-toned, richly floral. Blueberry compote, tea rose, cocoa nib, lemon balm, honey in aroma and cup. Gently bright, balanced acidity; plump, satiny mouthfeel. The finish is long and resonant, with lingering notes of ripe blueberry and cocoa nib.
